Cancer Support VI will hold a free lecture given by Hariyah dan Fodio, a massage and qi gong instructor, who will teach the “Art of Therapeutic Self Massage,” which includes Thai and Japanese trigger point self-massage techniques. Touch therapy is a very integral part of energy work.
It will be held at noon, Wednesday, Aug. 5, at the Kimelman Cancer Institute in the Benjamin Medical Auditorium. It will again be presented at 7 p.m., at Antilles School in the Mark Marin Center – in the Children’s Activity room on the 1st floor near the back entrance.
The mission of Cancer Support VI is to provide support, education, information and assistance to people living with cancer and their families and friends.
