June 16, 2004 – Avery Smith, 36, died on June 5, 2004.
He is survived by: mother, Gweneth Smith; father, Richard Smith; sisters, Felicia Smith-Louis and Cherecia Kline; brother, Allen Smith; grandmother, Henrietta Smith; grandfather, Charles Hyman; nieces, Alexis Louis and Jasmine Kline; nephew, Andrew Louis; brothers-in-law, Alex Louis and Jason Kline and many aunts, uncles and cousins too numerous to mention.
Viewing dates are Friday, June 18, 4:30-6:30 p.m, at Davis Funeral Home Chapel and Saturday 9 to 10 a.m. at Mt. Zion New Testament Church of God. Services follow the viewing at the church.
Burial is at the Western Cemetery.
