June 15, 2004 – Lucia Penn better known as "Miss Lucia" of St. Thomas died on June 10, 2004 at the age of 79 at her residence.
She is survived by: sons, Calvin Penn, Alfred Penn and Louis Penn; daughters, Lorna Penn Louise Flamex and Berenice Nixon ; brother, Alban Anthony; 15 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren And many other friends and relatives Too Numerous to mention.
