Stanley Ivan Leonard takes in the V.I. Carnival Cultural Fair that this year was named "Stanley's Candyland," in his honor. The tribute was in recognition of his 36 years of bringing homemade candies, cakes and pastries to the festivities most folks still refer to as the "Food Fair."
