March 7, 2004 – The Virgin Islands Toastmasters Club 4040U meets at 6 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, at the St. Thomas/St. John Chamber of Commerce Conference Room.
The mission of the club, said a release, is to provide an environment in which each member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, to foster self-confidence and personal growth. Guests are always welcome.
