Jan. 10, 2004 – The time is at hand for anyone interested in participating in the Carnival 2004 Toddlers' Derby, Best Dressed As A Doll and/or Junior Monarch Competition to pick up applications from Glenn's Gifts & Bags and the V.I. Carnival Committee office.
The children's activities committee asks that applications for the Junior Monarch Competition please be turned in by Feb. 7, 2004.
The Toddlers' Derby and Best Dressed As A Doll competition application deadline is April 5, 2004.
