Nov. 21, 2003 – The Virgin Islands Housing Authority's Department of Public Relations/Resident Services will hold a mandatory meeting for residents who are running for positions on their Residential Council at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26, at the Oswald Harris Court Community.
