Nov. 9, 2003 – The annual Veterans Day 5 K Cross-Country Race will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the University of the Virgin Islands St. Croix Campus. It is the final race in the 4-H/V.I.Pace Runners Cross-Country Series and the first race in the Run Like the Wind—Road Race Series. Elementary boys and girls will run one mile; junior varsity boy and girls will run two miles and varsity boys and girls and adults will run 3.1 miles (5 K).
