Jazz in the Moonlight concert series begins at 8 p.m. Nov. 29 with an evening of Latin jazz starring flautist Nestor Torres and his band. Also entertaining will be Venezuelan vocalist Adriana performing with the Moonlight Orchestra featuring Cuban legend Hilario Duran.
It's scheduled for under the stars at the Westin St. John Resort. Admission is $10 for adults; there's no charge for those under age 18.
People traveling from St. Thomas can catch a ferry leaving Red Hook about 7 p.m. for the Westin dock. It will return immediately after the concert. The fare is $5 each way.
