The Caribbean Democratic Alliance of St. Thomas will conduct a panel discussion at its monthly meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, at Victor's Hideout.
The topic of discussion will be "The proposed governance bill that calls for the restructuring of the Department of Education as it currently exists."
Invited panelists are Commissioner of Education Dr. Ruby Simmonds, the American Federation of Teachers, the Board of Education and Senator Norman Jn. Batiste, Chairman of Committee on Education.
