Feb. 16, 2002 – Parents are advised that Lockhart Elementary School students will be dismissed at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20.
Lunch will be provided prior to dismissal, and bus transportation will be available for participating students. Parents and guardians are asked to make necessary arrangements to have children picked up otherwise.
Principal Laura Chesterfield stated in an Education Department release that the dismissal is to allow professional development workshops for staff.
