The Jospeh Sibilly Elementary School has special events this week including reading in observance of Black History Month at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 27, Primary Spelling Bee at 9 a.m. Friday, March 2, Steel Band Program at 5:45 p.m. Thursday, March 1,and Carnival Troupe meeting 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6.
