The third annual V.I. State Health Insurance Assistance Program conference for senior citizens and retirees will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25, at the Mariott's Frenchman's Reef Resort.
The objective of the conference is to provide information on patient's rights, responsibilities, self-advocacy, understanding healthcare insurance regulations and improving the patient-physician relationship.
