In observance of U.S. Flag Day, there will be a flag raising ceremony on Wednesday, June 14, at sunrise, 4:47 a.m. at Point Udall.
Governor Charles W. Turnbull announced that the ceremony will be held in conjunction with the Virgin Islands Millennium Committee, the Veterans Service Organizations and the Virgin Islands National Guard.
This year marks the 233rd birthday of the U.S.Flag. All residents of St. Croix are urged to participate in the flag raising.
