The three would serve three-year terms.
Grigg is from St. Croix. He has served as a coordination specialist, director of operation and director of management for the Housing Authority. He replaces Jane H. Schrader on the board.
Rowe, from St. Thomas, is a former chairman of the Housing Authority board. He will succeed Winston S. Taylor.
Dawson, also of St. Thomas, will succeed Tyrone Davis on the board. He is a retired vocational and special education teacher.
The nominations will have been forwarded to the Legislature for approval, according to a release from Government House.
