Clement Magras, acting tourism commissioner, has announced a meeting with all Carnival troop heads on Tuesday, April 6, at 5:30 p.m. at the St. Thomas-St. John Chamber of Commerce conference room on Main Street.
Mr. Magras will discuss the troops' involvement in Sindad's Soul music Festival in May.
