The Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency invites commissioners, directors and emergency managers to hear Dr. William R. McCann at an Earthquake Awareness Seminar on March 25, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the VITEMA Center, #2C Estate Contant.
The purpose is to inform residents of the territory of the potenitial dangers earthquakes pose.
