The Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency invites commissioners, directors and emergency managers to hear Dr. William R. McCann at an Earthquake Seminar scheduled for St. Thomas/St. John Thursday, March 25, from 2 to 4 p.m.
The conference will be held at the VITEMA Emergency Center, #2C Estate Contant.
The purpose of the seminar is to inform residents of the territory of the potential dangers earthquakes pose.
