Pistarckle Theatre is now accepting applications for its summer theater program. A maximum of 20 children from the age of nine years old will be accepted. The deadline for application is April 30.The camp will be from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning June 14 and running through July 17. It will be held at American Yacht Harbor.
Laura-Lea Oliver, who is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Children's Theater, will lead the camp. A qualified director, she has her own production company in Orlando and has worked extensively in the Orlando International Fringe Festival..
Performances will be held Friday and Saturday, July 16 and 17 at Coral World Amphitheater. The time will be announced.
The fee for the summer theater program is $175 per week. A maximum of 20 children will be accepted into the program.
