March 17, 2007 – The J. Antonio Jarvis Elementary School will host a breakfast sale at 7 a.m., Wednesday, March 21, at the main campus. Through March 20, Ms. Larsen at 774-0036 and Ms. Hoheb at 774-4300 are accepting orders for the breakfast.
The menu includes: scrambled and boiled eggs; dumb bread with cheese; pick-up salt fish; pastries; tuna; butter bread; cream of wheat; turkey and pork bacon; bush tea and juices. Each plate will be served with tea or juice. Tickets are available at a cost of $8.
The school will also present a Caribbean Nutritional Food Fair at 9 a.m., on Friday, March 30, at the main campus. The food fair will feature dishes representing several Caribbean countries and will have guest presenters. The public is invited to attend.
