Feb. 20, 2007 – The Virgin Islands Carnival Committee has scheduled a mandatory meeting for 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 22, at the Lockhart Elementary School's cafeteria for all troupe leaders planning to participate in the Carnival 2007 children's and adults' parades.
The V.I. Carnival Committee Executive Board will be there along with key members of the Judges Committee, Parade Committee, the VIPD, and the Cultural Night Committee. Submissions for the King and Queen of the Band competition will be made at the meeting.
All are asked to please be on time and bring all questions pertinent to the successful progression of this year's parade.
