Dec. 12, 2006 The Virgin Islands Lottery informs dealers and the general public that all V. I. Lottery Ticket Sales offices will be open on Saturday, Dec. 16, according to a press release from the V. I. Office of the Governor.
Offices on St. Thomas will be open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
