I certainly agree with Charlotte Poole Davis, the acting attorney general. Causes one to wonder how the Virgin Islands intends to address the increase in over all crime with a judicial level, as displayed by Judge Leon Kendall, setting Williams free on a $10,000 unsecured bond.
