I am from St Thomas and now live in New York. I have read your article about the senators and the public response to the acting Education Commissioner. VIRGIN ISLANDS elected OFFICIALS do not send their kids to the Public Schools, so why are they so adamant about this lady ethnicity and her leadership style. Public school students deserve a chance also.
