Aug. 29, 2007 – Simon Klem Lawrence, better known as "O'Can" died on Aug. 18, in Orlando, Fla., at age 41.
He is survived by his mother, Winifred Prince; children: Simon Klem Lawrence Jr., Cochoran, Simone and Simonia Lawrence; and former wife, Diane J. Lawrence. He is also survived by sister: Carolyn Blair; brothers: Luxmore, Flagan, Terran, Darren and Shane Buckley; girlfriend, Mitchellsky Williams; special friend, Christopher B. Ferguson, as well as many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held from 10-11 a.m., on Saturday, Sept. 1, at Church of God of Prophecy, Estate Hoffman. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at Eastern Cemetery, Smith Bay.
