July 11, 2008 – In a continuing effort to enlighten the community on the permitting process, the Department of Planning and Natural Resources' Division of Coastal Zone Management (CZM) invites all interested persons to participate in a CZM workshop on St. Croix: Preparing a Coastal Zone Management Permit Application.
This workshop is free and open to local government agencies, architects, engineers, draftsmen, contractors, community organizations and other interested persons. It will provide information about minor and major CZM development permit applications, the permit review process, local and federal consistency regulatory updates, and compliance with approved CZM permit conditions, according to a press release from DPNR.
The workshop will be conducted from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., on Wednesday, July 30, at the Florence Williams Public Library meeting room, 1122 King Street, Christiansted, St. Croix.
