The University of the Virgin Islands St. Thomas-St. John Alumni Chapter will hold its 6th Alumni Recognition Award Breakfast at 8:30 a.m., on Saturday, June 7, at the Dining Pavilion, on UVI's St. Thomas campus.
Dr. Trevor Connor is the recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award. Debra Gottlieb is the recipient of the Alumni Honor Award.
Eltino S. Pickering is the recipient of the Alumni Horizon Award. Carmen M. Wesselhoft, senator of the 27th Legislature of the V.I., is the recipient of the Alumni Award of Excellence.
Proceeds from the breakfast go towards the annual alumni scholarship for incoming freshmen.
Tickets are $30 and are available at UVI Bookstore and from chapter officers: Pamela Sanes, Helen Hart, Michelle Johnson and Jacqueline A. Sprauve on St. Thomas; and Joan Thomas on St. John.
