Feb. 1, 2008 – Parents and guardians are informed that students who attend the Leonard Dober or Gladys Abraham Elementary Schools that report cards will be distributed on Tuesday, Feb. 5, according to a press release from Acting Superintendent for the St. Thomas-St. John District Jeanette Smith-Barry.
"Students will be dismissed at 1:30 p.m. to facilitate parent/teacher conferences to plan for higher achievement," said the superintendent. "The district promotes and encourages parental involvement toward student success, and as such, urges parents to utilize the time granted to them by VI Law to visit their children's schools."
