Dec. 27, 2007 – Gertrude E. Jones of 3C Constitution Hill, St. Croix died on Monday, Dec. 21, at Gov. Juan Luis Hospital.
She is survived by her sister, Victorine Jones; nieces: Rita Brown, Eldora Alcinder and Patricia Hodge; and nephews: Kenneth, Cecil, Fregis and Vernon Jones, and Desmon Ryner. She is also survived by great-nieces: Bernadette Davis, Jermain Lawry, Cassandra Jones, Tiffiney Jones, Lavern Jones and Linda Samuel; great-nephews: Anton, Mitchel, Mark, Richard, Jeffrey, Steven, Timothy and Maril Jones, and Sid and Curtis Ryner, as well as many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing from 10-11 a.m., on Saturday, Dec. 29, at Bethel AME Church, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
