Lt. Gov. Francis Speaks at Rotary's 49th Anniversary Luncheon

Oct. 30, 2007 – U.S. Virgin Islands Lt. Gov. Gregory Francis addressed the Rotary Club of St. Croix during the 49th Anniversary luncheon held on Thursday, Oct. 25. He praised the club and its members for their many years of dedicated service above self and the many contributions the club has made to St. Croix.
The lieutenant governor is sporting a Rotary District 7020 pin with the Bahamian flag presented to him by DG Richard McCombe. President Liz Goggins spoke about the many projects and contributions the club has made over the years, such as the contributions to the Rotary Foundation and the many international and local projects it has undertaken. There was a birthday cake, presents, live music by Culture Vibes and Pin the Tail to celebrate the event as well as the lieutenant governor's recognition of the club and its members for there service.
