Police Looking For Missing Pair

April 20, 2005 – A young man and a 14-year-old girl have been reported missing on St. Croix.
Warren Williams, a 29-year-old resident of Prince Street, Frederiksted, has been missing since noon on April 7. Jasandra Felix, a 14-year-old resident of the Mutual Homes Housing Community, has been missing since 10 p.m. April 16.
A press release, from Deputy Police Chief Herminio Velazquez asking for assistance from the public in locating the two, did not indicate any connection between the two cases.
The teenager's mother last saw her at home. According the police report, family members indicated the teenager became angry and ran out of the house after being chastised for being outside too late.
Williams was last seen near his home on Prince Street wearing a red silk shirt, blue jeans and black suede boots. He is described as a clean-shaven, black male, a dark complexion, black hair which is braided, brown eyes, approximately six foot one inch tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds. He is known to visit Estate Grove Place and spend time walking in the Frederiksted town area. He was reported missing in March of this year and found in an abandon house in the Whim area. According to family members he again appears to be mentally depressed because of not being employed.
Persons with any information on where the two may be are asked to call the police at 778-2211 Any information given will be held in the strictest of confidence.
