Dec. 8, 2008 – The Friends of St. Thomas Public Libraries (FOSTPL) will meet on at 5:45 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 18, in the Enid M. Baa Public Library Adult Room. The agenda will include: proposed board members, the annual meeting (set for Saturday, Jan. 24, 2009) and committee progress reports. The general public is welcome to attend. Membership applications will be available.
