Dec. 5, 2008 – The Independent Citizen Movement Party will hold a territorial meeting, at 10 a.m., on Saturday, Dec. 13, at the University of the Virgin Islands. On the St. Thomas campus, it will take place in Room BS110; on the St. Croix campus, it will take place in Room EVC 401.
