The Frederiksted Economic Development Association, famous for its monthly Sunset Jazz concerts at the Frederiksted Waterfront, will host the second annual St. Croix Blue Bay Jazz Festival Nov. 19-23, at Frederiksted Beach.
The internationally renowned artists include Tito Puente Jr., Pete Escovedo, Rashied Ali, Sharrie R. Bias, Eddie Russell, Louis Taylor, Steve Simon and more. Admission is free.
