Feb. 3, 2009 — Chief of Police Rodney F. Querrard Sr. is trying to get in contact with family members of William W. James, who previously lived in the Virgin Islands and possibly moved stateside.
James is originally from Dominica and is approximately 44 years old. He may have relatives living on St. Thomas, St. John, or Dominica.
Anyone who is a family member or knows William W. James is asked to call Querrard at 340-715-5548 as soon as possible.
