Jan. 15, 2009 – Vincent Lawrence, also known as "Saga," of Sion Hill died on Jan. 8. He was 57 years old.
He is survived by his spouse, Rosmary Lawrence; daughters: Sandy Benjamin, Gaye Benjamin, Candra Natasha and Niisa Nikki Lawrence; son, Randy Clarke Lawrence; and grandchildren: Jade Benjamin Harper, Racquel Benjamin Pettifrere, Wanya Williams, Jaimeson Clarke and Andrew Lawrence Jean. He is also survived by sisters: Eltha Hendrickson and Helena Barboza; brothers: Egbert, Uriah Bridgewater and Louis Lawrence; special friends: Claudina and Winston Pinney, Lloyd Wallace and Junille Barry; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 11 a.m., on Friday, Jan. 23, at the Sunny Isles Church of Christ. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
