Grow and Learn is a part of the St. George Village Botanical Garden series of hands-on workshops, this month’s event will take place from 3-5 p.m., on Wednesday, Jan. 14, in the Pavilion at the Bodine Visitors’ Center. Past workshops have included learning how to make edible garnishes out of fruits and vegetables, and making tequila from agave.
