March 3, 2009 – The Department of Human Services' Head Start program will host a family literacy activity from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, March 14, at the Florence Williams Public Library, Christiansted. This is a chance to sign up for library cards, check out books, read stories with your children, and learn ways to support your child's literacy skills.
