Dear Source:
According to the Source's article about the rate increases for water and electric, WAPA Director Hugo Hodge, Jr. said "We did it in the best interest of all the parties." No explanation was reported. The customers of WAPA are vitally interested parties. Please explain, Mr. Hodge, how these increases are in the best interest of the customers. I fail to see any conceivable reason how customers' interests are served.
