June 1, 2009 – Lloyd Alphonso Hall of John F. Kennedy Housing died on May 24. He was 55 years old.
He is survived by his father, Rafael Hall; sisters: Rita Hall-Greenidge, Anna Hall, Denise Albert and Doris Dailey-Sutton; brothers: Leon Petersen, Melbourne Clarke, Joseph Clarke, Daniel Dailey Jr. and Roy Clarke; and adopted brothers: Albert Edwards and Daryl Brewster. He is also survived by aunt, Ina Petersen Sylvester; godmother, Helen Benjamin; godbrothers: Heartsille and Chester Benjamin; godsister: Leova Edney; nieces and nephews too numerous to mention; and special cousins: the Turbe, Petersen, Francis, Harvey, Sealey, Horton, Evans, Messer, Roberts, Hansen and families. Other survivors include best friends: Ray O'Rielly, Dr. Olaf Hendricks, Sitnah Yarwood, as well as Agatha Reuble, Catherine Braham, Bobby Skeoch, Louis Gerard, David Bess, Sonia Maynard, Gerard Luz James II, the Roebucks and their families; special friends: Daniel Dailey and family, Arnold Jarvis and family, Millicent Richardson and family, Howard James, Cleve Smith, Tony Felix, Jaime, Lorraine, and the Cartier family; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held at 9 a.m. and a funeral service at 10 a.m., Thursday, June 4, at St. John's Episcopal Church. Interment will follow at the Christiansted Cemetery.
