June 20, 2009 – Pistarckle has been successfully offering their popular Summer Theater Musical Production camps for the past twelve years to children ages nine and older. This summer’s camp is based on “Just So!” – a magical, mystifying musical based on the immortal tales of Rudyard Kipling.
Join the elephant’s child, full of questions and curiosity, on this wonderful journey of self-discovery. Set to up-beat music and full of fun, the musical presents animals from the African jungle.
Starring in the show are: Brianna Alfaro, Deionne Scatliffe, Gabrielle and Christian Kean, Guilia Klein, Jaia and Keon Hendrickson, Jonathon Qualls, Josiah and Jianah Belfon-Valentine, Julianna and Harry de Haas, Kandis Gumbs, Lauren Bengoa, Leah Trotman, MaKenna Dalcour, Matai Leonard, Mishela Henderson, Natalie McConnell, Nathan Meersman, Nina Lewis, Prea Bhandari and Vivian Lam.
Samantha Sudduth is the director; Margot Sweeney is the stage manager; Dykisha Potter is a costume volunteer and Ian Simpson is a lighting volunteer.
Suitable for audiences of all ages, performances will be held at 10 a.m., July 8, 9, 10; at 7 p.m., July 9, 10, 11; and at 2 p.m., July 11, 12.
