Sylvia Elizabeth Harris-Smith, also known as “Sylvie,” of Concordia, died on Aug. 4, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. She was 91 years old.
She is survived by her daughters: Virginia Smith-Walker and Doloritha Smith Ajomagberin; sons: Charles Rose, Arthur Jr., Rudolph and Leon Smith; 23 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; and many others too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 11 a.m., Friday, Aug. 14, at the St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. Interment will follow at Frederiksted Cemetery.
