St. John Animal Care Center (ACC) will be teaming up with the American Kennel Club to present “Responsible Dog Ownership Day.” The event, a mixture of fun and education, will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., on Saturday, Sept. 26.
Bring your dog for fun and socialization time and the rescue reunion of ACC dogs and their owners. Take the responsible dog owner’s pledge. Watch a demonstration of the Canine Good Citizen Test. There will be a doggie dunking for tennis balls and great prizes in a pool, K9 agility demonstrations and free health screening. Attendees can license their dogs through the St. John Animal Care Center.
