The Division of Building Permits advises all applicants that have obtained an Occupancy Permit from 1995 to 2007 and all approved plans from 2005-2008 that were not picked up to come to the Department of Planning and Natural Resources and pick up their building plans, according to a press release from DPNR Commissioner Robert S. Mathes.
As mandated by the International Residential Code and the International Building Code, DPNR will hold construction plans only six months after the Occupancy Permit has been issued.
All plans not picked up by Friday, Jan. 29, 2010, will be discarded. For more information, call 774-3320 on St. Thomas or 773-1082 on St. Croix.
