In celebration of National Tourism Week, the U.S.V.I. Department of Tourism invites managers, supervisors and customer contact employees to free workshops with professional service trainer and Virgin Islander Dr. Bryan Williams. He has a doctorate of management in organizational leadership, and is a service industries consultant and a trainer. Before establishing his own business, he served as corporate director of training and organizational effectiveness at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
The workshops will be held on Wednesday, May 12, at the UVI Great Hall on St. Croix. The workshop for managers and supervisors will take place from 8-9 a.m. and for all customer contact employees from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Call to register at 772-0357.
