St. Croix: Edwin Encarnacion, age 30, is a fugitive from justice who is wanted in connection with the murder of 45-year-old Jorge Parilla, who was killed in a residential arson fire in Estate Whim on August 14. If you have seen or know where Encarnacion is, or who has helped him to evade police, let us know. Photos of Encarnacion are posted at our web site.
St. John: Police are seeking additional information in the murder of Juan Ayala, who was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds on Jan. 5, 2009, outside his home in Estate Pastory. Police continue to believe there were two perpetrators, with one described as a black male with braided hair. Please help identify these killers. The minimum reward for an arrest is $1,250.
St. Thomas: On Aug. 27 at 12:59 a.m., police responded to an armed robbery in Pillsbury Heights West in Smith Bay. The victim, Steve Francis, indicated he was approached by three armed males who attempted to rob him in his driveway. A neighbor saw what was happening and intervened by firing his licensed firearm at the suspects, one of whom may have been struck. Help identify these armed thugs. The minimum cash reward for an arrest is $900.
