Persons interested in participating in the Crucian Christmas Festival Calypso Monarch Competition and Party Monarch Competition are asked to attend a meeting at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 30, at the Department of Agriculture conference room.
The Calypso Monarch elimination will take place on Dec. 17, and finals will take place on Jan. 4, 2011. The Party Monarch Competition will be held on Dec. 30 in the Festival Village.
