The Department of Human Services advises the public that, effective today, Dec. 6, the parking lot adjacent to the Lionel Roberts Stadium will be locked at 6 p.m. daily to ensure public safety. The lot will be opened at 7 a.m. on Mondays through Fridays, except holidays, to accommodate patrons and business owners in the Hospital Ground area.
