Brothers Charged with Reckless Endangerment

Two brothers, Angel and Antonio Ilarraza, were arrested Friday and charged with first-degree reckless endangerment over the alleged firing of shots in two neighborhoods.

According to the V.I. Police Department, detectives from the Criminal Investigation Bureau conducted an investigation into reports of shots discharged in two separate areas that occurred in November. After their investigation, they requested arrest warrants for the Ilarraza brothers.

Officer said 21-year-old Angel, also known as Lusito, discharged shots in the Profit Hills community and 18-year-old Antonio recklessly fired shots in Estate Williams Delight. Both incidents occurred Nov. 15.

The brothers were arrested about 12:30 p.m. Friday. They were held on bails of $50,000 each and remanded to the custody of the Golden Grove Adult Correctional Facility.

  1. If they’re found guilty, make an example of them with significant prison time. That sort of behavior is utterly reckless and dangerous,and people must understand the severe repercussions of such behavior.
    I hope that the charges are felonies. If convicted these two idiots should never be allowed to carry a firearm ever again.
