Linda Arlene Blackman Cummings of Estate Ruby died on Tuesday, Oct. 15. She was 59 years old.
She is survived by her husband, Whitfield Cummings; brothers: Trevor Blackman, Lionel Blackman and Roy Millett; sisters: Jean Millette and Lystra Blackman; stepdaughter, Aliah Cummings; special niece and nephew: Sharon Law and Darin Cummings; other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews too numerous to mention; brothers-in-law: Woodworth Cummings and Hugh Cummings; sisters-in-law: Jeanette Cummings and Linda Shirley Cummings Farquhar; special cousin, Valerie Noel; close friends: Alwyn and Barbra Dick, Ralph Cook, K’anna Wong Ching, Antoinette and Raymond Alleyne, Ann Marie and Angela Jerome, Maureen Cagen, Eastlyn and Arnold Helenese, Gema Noel, Mary and Wilmouth Hughes, Lystral Copel and the Scotiabank family; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, Oct. 25, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Estate Barren’s Spot. The viewing will start at noon and the service at 1 p.m. There will be no interment after the service.
